Booking and Cancellation Policy
Free Walking Tours: While our walking tours are free to join (tip-based), we require booking to help us prepare for the right group size. You can cancel your booking at any time by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
Private Tours: For private tours, a 20% deposit may be required at the time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour are non-refundable.
Tour Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards the guide and other participants. Any behavior that disrupts the tour or makes other participants uncomfortable may result in being asked to leave the tour without refund.
Liability Disclaimer
Lena's Skopje Tours is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to participants during tours. By participating in our tours, you acknowledge that walking tours involve inherent risks and you voluntarily assume those risks.
We are not responsible for any delays or problems in your tour caused by weather conditions, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, illness, or other factors beyond our control.

Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from the website for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
